Action Report

A New Feature in the Chexology Admin Dashboard

The Action Report is where you can view a detailed history of all items and actions associated with Chexology tags at your location. 

It displays a complete and searchable record of any tagged item, who handled it, and when, with helpful filtering options in real-time.


Using the Action Report

The Action Report dashboard contains the following options and sections:

  • Time Frame Selection
  • Metrics Summary
  • Type and Status Filters
  • Export to CSV
  • Search


Viewing Action Report Details

To view details in the Action Report for a specific timeframe, select start and end dates and click Go.

The report will then display an overview of your results in the Metrics Summary and  a detailed report of every action that has occurred during the selected time frame below the filter section.


Narrowing down the results

You can narrow down the report by selecting Type and Status and clicking Filter.

 

 

You can also use the Search bar to narrow down your results by Last Name, Room/Number, or Tag number.


Viewing Action History

If you click on a customer phone number or PIN in the Customer column, you will see the Action Details page for that customer which will show the complete action history.
